What you should know before you pay
How is the total calculated?
Your monthly total is the plan's per-branch rate multiplied by the number of active branches. On the Growth plan the per-branch rate drops once you pass three branches.
Do longer billing periods cost less?
Yes. Paying quarterly or annually applies a discount on top of the monthly rate, so the more you commit up front, the lower the effective price.
What if I miss a payment?
You keep full access for a 7-day grace period after a plan lapses. After that, access is limited until you renew. Your data is never deleted for a missed payment.
How do I pay?
By Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) or card, through the payment gateway configured for your pharmacy. Every amount is a whole number of Ghana Cedis.
